At AfterDark Autoworks, every order is carefully checked before being shipped. Please read our return policy below before making a purchase.
Returns & Refunds
We only accept returns if an item arrives defective or damaged. If your order arrives with a fault, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue so we can review your claim.
If approved, we will offer a replacement or refund for the defective item.
No Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges for change of mind, incorrect purchases, or sizing preferences. Please double-check your order before completing checkout.
Custom Products
All custom or made-to-order products are non-refundable and non-returnable. These items are created specifically for you and cannot be resold.
Return Conditions
If a return is approved:
• The item must be unused and in its original condition.
• Returns must be sent back within 14 days of approval.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is confirmed defective.
